Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pier 7 LLC ("Pier 7," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our Google Ads management services and the tools we use to deliver them. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Pier 7 LLC is a boutique Google Ads agency based in Miami, Florida, that manages paid search advertising for the accounts it is authorized to serve.

Information we collect

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies that collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, and time on site.

We use Google Consent Mode. When you first visit, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you accept through our cookie banner. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Advertising and remarketing

We may use advertising and remarketing technologies from providers such as Google and Meta, including the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager. These measure the performance of our advertising and may show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms after you have visited ours. They may set cookies or similar identifiers tied to your device.

Advertising storage and ad personalization are denied by default under Google Consent Mode and are enabled only if you accept through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer. You can also opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, your Meta ad preferences, and industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

Google Ads API and Google user data

Pier 7 uses the Google Ads API to manage and report on advertising accounts that we are authorized to access through our Google Ads manager account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Automated processing and AI

To analyze advertising performance and prepare recommendations, we use automated tools and third-party artificial intelligence services, such as Anthropic's Claude. These providers process data only to return results to us, under terms that prohibit using the data to train their models. We do not use any data we hold to train generalized or non-personalized AI models, and every change to a live advertising account is reviewed by a person before it is applied.

How we use information

How we protect information

We restrict access to account data to authorized personnel and approved contractors who need it to perform their work. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

Sharing of information

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business, with the account owners we work with, or when required by law. Any such sharing is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.

The third-party providers we rely on include Google, for website analytics through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and for storing contact-form submissions through Google Workspace and Google Sheets, and Anthropic, whose Claude AI we use to help analyze advertising data and prepare recommendations. When you submit our contact form, the details you provide are recorded in a private spreadsheet and emailed to us so we can respond.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to request corrections, or to request deletion, subject to our legal and operational obligations. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of that information, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us through our contact form.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT, our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. Our cookie banner and Google Consent Mode give you direct control over analytics and advertising cookies regardless of these signals.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
